Position: Estimator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions
Meeting with Project Managers, identifying project manpower requirements, and provide bids adhering to all OSHA, EPA, state and company hazardous materials laws and policies.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Read Blueprints, Attend site visits, Assemble and provide bids to customers in a timely fashion, Strong team leader/player with a positive attitude, Hard working and motivated
POSITION TYPE
This is an hourly nonexempt position.
TRAVEL
Travel primarily within New England job site locations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
OSHA 10 or higher construction training
3 plus years previous construction estimating experience
EPA, OSHA and local hazardous materials policy knowledge
