Position Overview

Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and technology-minded finance professional to join our leadership team as a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager.

This unique role combines accounting, financial operations, systems administration, process improvement, and strategic business analysis. The selected candidate will work closely with the CFO and finance team to learn all aspects of the company's financial operations while playing a key role in our transition from the eoStar and Dynamics GP platforms to the VIP (Vermont Information Processing) ERP environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency. This individual will help document, improve, and automate financial processes across the organization and will have significant long-term growth opportunities within the company.

What You'll Do

Learn and Support Core Accounting Functions

  • Develop a deep understanding of all accounting and finance workflows.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations.
  • Support inventory, payroll, commission, and sales tax accounting processes.
  • Assist with cash flow monitoring and treasury activities.
  • Support audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
  • Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.

Lead ERP and Financial Systems Transformation

  • Become a subject matter expert on current finance systems and workflows.
  • Partner with finance leadership, operations teams, IT, and software vendors during ERP implementation activities.
  • Assist with migration from eoStar and Dynamics GP to VIP Financials.
  • Participate in process mapping, system testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and training.
  • Help ensure financial data integrity throughout system conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline processes.

Drive Process Improvement and Automation

  • Evaluate existing manual processes and spreadsheets for automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement more efficient workflows.
  • Support integration efforts between financial systems, banking platforms, payroll systems, and operational software.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Create process documentation and internal controls.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives throughout the finance organization.

Financial Analysis & Business Support

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Develop operational and financial reporting tools.
  • Help monitor profitability by customer, product, route, territory, and business segment.
