Client Details Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Westchester market. They specialize in ground-up commercial developments and have built a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and a collaborative company culture. Description As an Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager - Westchester, you will: Assist Project Managers in overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners, and field teams. Track project costs, budgets, and procurement activities. Support site meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
