BCA Architecture & Construction Services is a professional architecture and construction company focused on delivering high-quality, practical, and reliable solutions for commercial and residential projects. We bring together design, construction, and project management expertise to help clients move from concept to completion with confidence.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from pre construction through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs, quality, progress, and schedule.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and according to project requirements.
  • Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.
RequirementsQualification
  • 3โ€“5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with commercial or residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
