Job description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects and schedules
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
  • Communicate with clients, general contractors, and superintendents
  • Review drawings, scopes of work, and project requirements
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deadlines
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Identify problems early and provide solutions
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Commercial construction experience
  • Previous Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Procore, Autodesk, Excel, or similar software experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
