Job description

We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Generate proposals based on client requests and system pricing options
  • Convert accepted proposals to jobs in scheduling software
  • Convert completed jobs to invoices in scheduling software
  • Plan and schedule site labor
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Co-ordinate subcontractor scheduling
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
