- Build strong relationships with sellers through consistent communication and follow-up
- Evaluate incoming units and gather accurate information regarding condition, specifications, and pricing
- Promote consigned inventory through dealership displays, online listings, customer outreach, and social media activity
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize exposure and drive inventory movement
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory listings within dealership systems
- Ensure units are properly merchandised and presented for sale
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Support negotiations and help facilitate successful closings
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-first experience throughout the consignment process
