This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Orlando OR Miami area with an expectation of working in a local office at least one day per week. Occasional travel estimated at approximately 10% of the time to support both locations.

Position Overview
The Strategic Property Partnerships Associate helps drive new property partnership growth across assigned markets. This role focuses on identifying prospective property owners and operators, generating new opportunities, advancing qualified leads through the pipeline, and helping launch successful new partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their business development or partnerships career who enjoys relationship-building, creating opportunities, and working toward measurable goals.
You will work within established strategy, tools, and processes while developing partnership, sales, and market growth skills. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members on complex opportunities, negotiations, and strategic accounts.
What You'll Do
Partnership Development
- Research and identify prospective property owners and operators in Orlando and surrounding marketsย
- Support partnership growth efforts in Miami through targeted outreach and periodic travelย
- Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and operators across the marketย
- Execute outbound outreach through email, phone, networking, and referral channelsย
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand partner needs and fitย
- Advance qualified opportunities through the partnership pipelineย
- Support agreement preparation and execution processes
Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and follow-up cadenceย
- Manage an assigned pipeline of partnership opportunitiesย
- Prioritize outreach and follow-up using defined criteriaย
- Support pipeline forecasting and progress reportingย
Transition & Activation
- Coordinate smooth handoff of new partners to Market and Partner Success teamsย
- Ensure required documentation, contacts, and expectations are capturedย
- Support early activation steps to help launch partnerships successfullyย
What Success Looks Like
- New qualified property partnership opportunities createdย
- Strong outreach activity and response ratesย
- Opportunities advanced through pipeline stagesย
- New partners successfully activatedย

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, leasing, recruiting, or other relationship-driven rolesย
- Strong communication and relationship-building skillsย
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesย
- Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and follow-up accountabilityย
- Experience using CRM systems preferredย
- Coachable, resourceful, and motivated by goals and resultsย
- Sound judgment with ability to escalate issues appropriatelyย
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel locally as needed
