Regional Homes of Zephyrhills is seeking professional, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our sales team. You'll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area.
Previous sales experience is not required-we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic. However, if you do have a sales background and feel you're not being fairly rewarded for your time and effort, this is your opportunity to join a company that values and rewards its team members for their hard work and dedication.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Meeting sales and marketing goals
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
  • Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
  • Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
