The On Call Residential Advisor plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and well-managed residential environment for residents. This position involves being available outside of regular hours to respond promptly to emergencies, resident concerns, and facility issues, ensuring continuous support and security. The advisor acts as a liaison between residents and management, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts effectively. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis.
