We're looking for a motivated and guest-focused Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Front Office team. This position supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating memorable guest experiences.   • Supervise Front Desk Associates, Night Auditors, and Guest Service Agents during assigned shifts.

  • Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.

  • Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures, cash handling, and night audit processes.

  • Monitor room inventory, room assignments, and special guest requests to maximize guest satisfaction.

  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery while maintaining brand standards.

  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate important operational updates.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Front Office staff.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel Front Office experience required.

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Experience in a full-service hotel strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS); OPERA experience is a plus.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
