Job description

Description:

Harmoniq Residential is looking for a relationship driven Property Manager to lead operations at Lake Shore Commons in Oak Creek, while also supporting a small, well maintained 28 unit townhome rental community, IVY.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust with residents and board members, bringing structure to day to day operations, and taking pride in creating a community that runs smoothly and feels well cared for. You will serve as the primary partner to the association board, acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands on problem solver, while collaborating with internal teams to support a strong resident experience at IVY.

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of a community without being spread across a large portfolio.

What you will do

  • Lead day to day operations for Lake Shore Commons
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the association board, residents, and vendors
  • Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, including preparing materials and ensuring follow through on action items
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with residents and board members
  • Partner with vendors to complete maintenance, repairs, and community improvement projects
  • Support annual budgeting, invoice review, and financial tracking in partnership with ownership and the board
  • Ensure compliance with association bylaws, rules, and applicable regulations
  • Respond to and resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and resident experience at IVY

You will not be doing this alone. You’ll work closely with ownership and a collaborative internal team that is invested in supporting you with decision making, resident situations, and long term planning.

Requirements:

What we are looking for

  • 2 or more years of property management experience
  • Experience working with commercial real estate, condominium or homeowners associations strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Calm, solution focused approach when navigating concerns or conflict
  • Attention to detail and strong follow through

Nice to have

  • Experience with property management systems such as Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio
  • Familiarity with budgeting or financial tracking
  • Experience with tools like Excel or Smartsheet

Role expectations

  • This role primarily focuses on a single association, allowing you to build deeper relationships and have meaningful impact
  • Occasional evening board meetings are required
  • Limited on call availability may be needed for urgent resident situations

Who we are

At Harmoniq Residential, we believe great communities are built through strong relationships, thoughtful service, and a commitment to doing the right thing.

We look for team members who bring:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to improve how things are done
  • High integrity, accountability, and honesty
  • A collaborative approach and strong emotional intelligence

Our guiding principles

  • Warrior Spirit – we are driven, resilient, and always improving
  • Empathy – we lead with understanding and put people first
  • Better Together – we believe teamwork creates better outcomes

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits.
