At Harmoniq Residential, we believe home is more than a place-it's a feeling. As a Floating Leasing Agent, you'll be the trusted guide helping future residents discover the comfort, convenience, and community they've been looking for.


This individual will support leasing efforts across several of our residential communities in the greater Milwaukee area. This isn't just a leasing job. It's an opportunity to build community, represent a standout brand, and make a real impact in people's lives. 


What You'll Do:

Be Where the Action Is

Rotate between properties to assist with leasing needs, building knowledge of each property's amenities, features, and unique selling points.

Lead Memorable Tours
Deliver personalized touring experiences that create connection, answer questions, and inspire prospective residents to envision themselves at home. 

Stay in the Know
Monitor local rental trends and local competitors to position the community as a premier living destination.

Support the Team
Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident Experience
Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment.

Create Connection

Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs.

Requirements

  • A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
  • Experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savy with modern leasing systems
  • Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
