Job description

Role Overview:
This role is for a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on multi-country implementation experience for travel and expense platforms, specifically focusing on SAP Concur. The position requires expertise in configuring and managing SAP Concur across various international regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure expense policies across 19 countries in EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East.
  • Set up VAT/GST for all relevant countries.
  • Configure Travel Allowance for Germany and Austria.
  • Manage mileage configurations per country.
  • Support multi-currency environments, including 8 primary and 20+ secondary currencies.
  • Configure approval workflows, including special HR approval steps for APAC and outsourced tax review for Germany.

Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant functional roles.
