Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Concur / Workday)

Job Description:
This role supports the client's ITS transition by administering the Concur travel and expense platform, documenting workflows and system configurations, and driving go-live readiness in close partnership with Finance, Travel, and IT stakeholders.
Job Summary
Perform day-to-day Concur system administration and user access remediation to align with ITS security standards and audit requirements
Document current-state T&E workflows, approval chains, expense policies, and system configurations to support transition planning
Map Concur and Workday Financials integration points and identify dependencies requiring resolution before go-live
Partner with Finance, Travel, and ITS stakeholders to define ownership, support models, escalation paths, and transition acceptance criteria
Facilitate alignment sessions and working sessions to confirm operational responsibilities across business and ITS teams
Track project milestones, risks, and transition activities in Jira and contribute inputs to executive status reporting
Support go-live readiness testing, validation activities, and ongoing transition documentation
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or related experience
Experience administering Concur or a comparable Travel and Expense platform
Working knowledge of Workday Financials, specifically expense reporting workflows and finance processes
Experience documenting business process workflows, approval configurations, and system access models
Experience with role-based access management, user provisioning, and security remediation in enterprise financial applications
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills working across Finance, Travel, and IT teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on Workday experience, including Concur-to-Workday integration support (strongly preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Jira or comparable project tracking and management tools
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise application ownership transitions
Experience creating RACI documentation and operating models
Higher Education sector experience
Willingness to support broader Finance systems and initiatives beyond Concur
