Allegria Village is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Skilled Nursing Concierge to join our Skilled Nursing team. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for new residents and their families by providing guidance, support, and personalized attention throughout the admission and transition process.

As the Skilled Nursing Concierge, you will serve as a welcoming presence from the moment a resident is accepted for admission through their arrival and adjustment to the community. Working closely with Admissions, Nursing, Social Services, Therapy, and other departments, you'll help ensure every resident feels informed, supported, and at home.

What You'll Do:Resident & Family Support
  • Welcome new residents and families to the Skilled Nursing Center.

  • Meet residents upon arrival and personally escort them to their room.

  • Introduce residents and families to the community, daily routines, dining services, therapy programs, and available amenities.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families during the admission and transition process.

  • Contact family members within 24 hours of admission to answer questions and provide updates.

  • Conduct follow-up visits with new residents to ensure they are settling in comfortably and address any concerns.

  • Help facilitate communication between residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

  • Provide compassionate support and ensure concerns are addressed promptly by the appropriate department.

Admission Experience
  • Coordinate with the Admissions team to prepare for incoming residents.

  • Confirm that resident rooms are ready prior to arrival.

  • Communicate admission arrivals with Nursing, Therapy, Dining Services, Environmental Services, and other departments.

  • Assist with gathering admission paperwork and ensuring a smooth check-in process.

  • Help create a seamless, organized, and welcoming admission experience for every resident and family.

Resident Engagement
  • Help residents become familiar with community services, activities, and amenities.

  • Encourage participation in appropriate programs and events.

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through regular interaction and follow-up.

  • Gather feedback regarding the admission experience and communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership.

  • Promote a culture of hospitality, compassion, and exceptional customer service throughout the Skilled Nursing Center.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, admissions, social services, or a related field preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems preferred.
