A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Concessions Supervisor -

  • Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service standards (with a smile on your face )
  • Monitor inventory counts at beginning and end of each event
  • Manage escalated guest inquiries
  • Train team members on Point-of-Sale system and payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
  • Adapt to shifting stand assignments within the arena
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

  • 1+ year of supervisor experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
  • Organized individual with strong leadership skills

  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs
  • Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
