High School Athletic Concession Stand Manager 15-20 hours per week
This individual oversees the operation of all the concession stands at Franklin Central High School. Job duties consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. Purchase product for the concession stands
  2. Keep an accurate inventory of all product
  3. Schedule groups to run the concession stands during events
  4. Collect money and keep accurate financial records.
  5. Maintain a clean environment in all the concession stands
  6. Report to the Athletic Department and issues that may arise in the course of operation
  7. Maintain accurate signage to communicate products and prices for the concession stands

Hours vary depending on the type and number of events each week. Some events require the concession manager to be in attendance while some may only require the concession manager to open and close the stands.
Some physical lifting would be required but not much. Being able to stand for long periods of time would probably be the most physically demanding part of the job.
