Job description

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. As a/an Customer Service Representative, you will:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation

  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
