Job Function – Prepare financial reports, developed budgets, and performed variance analysis in accordance with business plan expectation.  Compile periodic financial reporting packages for senior management.  Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications.

Internal Audit

  • Manage auditors and the required company auditing process
  • Provide monthly and annual revenue reports

 

Budgets

  • Accountable for annual expense budget maintenance, review and forecast
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses and reports
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses and reports

   
Payroll Processing

  • Review and approve Department payroll
  • Time & Attendance biometric software and website

General Accounting

  • Maintain general ledgers including journal entries
  • Complete month and year end reporting requirements

Monthly Parker Billing

  • Oversee invoicing and collection of monthly parkers and reporting and reconciliation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and at least four years of professional accounting experience
  • Prior management/supervisory experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, v-lookups, If-Then statements, etc.) a required
  • Strong data analysis and research skillset
  • Working knowledge of Quicken or AS400
  • 10-Key
  • Proven ability to review financial/accounting statements, experience with contracts
  • Have demonstrated experience entering data with attention to detail;
  • Have exceptional mathematic capabilities and create complicated spreadsheets;
  • Possess excellent written and communication abilities;
  • Carry out all accounting procedures with speed and accuracy.
  • Experience with Workforce Now, or other web-based/computerized payroll system
  • Ability to maintain a cohesive work relationship with the client, managers and office staff
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure, including but not limited to, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to effectively respond to employee problems or complaints

Salary Range:  $85,000 - $95,000 annually per year
