Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you are a numbers person and enjoy working with data, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

·         Bookkeeping and general accounting data entry

·         Creating and maintaining spreadsheets

·         Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and organizing invoice packages for the main customers

·         Calculate and submit retailer rebates on a monthly and quarterly basis

·         Maintain manual and computerized accounting records in an accurate and efficient manner

·         Support accounting and finance team members in other tasks and duties as required by the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

 

·        Experience in Accounting or related field

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·        Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·        Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
