Job description

General Production/Assembly
Pay: $17.00
Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (with daily overtime) and Fridays 6:00 am - 11:00 am; Overtime as needed
Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Production/Assembly Technician for our Manufacturing industry client to start 07/14/2026 at $17.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Assemble aerospace components using hand tools and machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints for assembly operations
  • Conduct quality control checks to verify product conformance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with engineering team
  • Perform various manufacturing operations such as material handling, deburring, marking, and riveting

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (proof required upon hiring)
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Good attendance and work ethic essential
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a climate-controlled environment
