Description:

Centreline is currentlyseekingan experienced, skilled Ceramistwith experience in CAD towork full time in our dental lab. If you have at least 3 years relevant experience in a dental lab we want to hear from you!We offer relocation incentives and signing bonuses for the right individual.

CeramistResponsibilities:

  • Assessing and adjusting foraccuratefit of crown & bridge dental prosthesis on a model, including contact, margins, and contour
  • Builds up all types of ceramic cases including large bridges, implant cases, all ceramic crowns, inlays, on lays, and veneers
  • Applying the full spectrum of tooth shades to the specifications and matching existing teeth
  • Stain and glaze of all types of restorations
  • Meets with patients for Custom Shade appointments
  • Quality Control of cases

CAD Responsibilities:

  • Use CAD softwaretools to scan anddesigndental prosthesisin accordancewiththedoctorsprescription,followinganatomy, margin,contactand occlusion requirements.
  • Perform other duties orprojects asassigned by management,includingCAM.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Registered Dental Technicianorequivalent educationandexperienceof3 - 5 years inadentallaboratory.
  • Experience in CAD designutilizing3Shapeand/orExocadsoftware
  • Mustpossesseffective oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of porcelain pressing technology, crown morphology, and crown and bridge case design
