We are seeking an Technology Analyst Student in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 4 or  8 months starting in September 8, 2026. As an Technology Analyst Student you will contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities
  • Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure
  • Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams
  • Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
  • Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in Proof-of-Concepts
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation
  • Supports the team in providing business process, application requirements definition, and documentation for a given project
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you will bring to the role:
  • Currently enrolled in a management information systems program, an information technology or computer engineering program, or an operations management program
  • Always on top of the latest technology trends
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
  • Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or .NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset
