Job Title: Computer Systems Analysts

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Gather and analyze business needs, operational processes, data flows, and system capabilities to define clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  2. Support product planning and prioritization by maintaining requirements, evaluating business value, managing competing priorities, and aligning delivery activities with organizational objectives.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational groups to design, enhance, test, implement, and support enterprise applications and business solutions.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6–9 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership, or enterprise application delivery.

Technical Skills

Requirements Analysis, User Stories, Product Backlog, Functional Specifications, Data Analysis, Integration Analysis, Agile/Scrum, SDLC

Business / Domain Skills

Product Management, Business Process Analysis, Financial Services, Enterprise Applications, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement
