Job Title: Computer Systems Analysts

Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate external vendors, project activities, service requests, deliverables, and work assignments.
  2. Develop and review requirements, test cases, traceability documentation, designs, and technical specifications.
  3. Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, support solution implementations, and monitor integration and UAT.
  4. Manage project scope, acceptance, deployment, risks, and compliance with HHS policies and standards.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

8+ years of experience in systems analysis, requirements management, project coordination, testing, implementation support, and enterprise technology environments.

Technical Skills

Requirements Management, System Analysis, Test Case Development, TFS/ADO, UAT, Requirements Traceability, Risk Management, System Integration

Business / Domain Skills

Project Management, Vendor Coordination, Agile/SAFe, Healthcare Systems, Texas HHSC, Medicaid & CHIP

  3. Experience with Texas HHSC processes, Medicaid/CHIP systems, and state-level IT portfolio management.
