Required Skills:

Understanding of systems design concepts for the following technologies: RIS, PACS, Dictation, VNA and related ancillary systems.

Ability to analyze and design technical strategies based on business requirements

Ability to generate quality documentation and presentations intended for effective communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Undergraduate degree plus 5 - 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Health care industry experience specifically in outpatient diagnostic imaging is highly preferred.

Understanding of systems design concepts for the following technologies: RIS, PACS, Dictation, VNA and related ancillary systems.

Demonstrable experience with developing business requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community.

Ability to analyze and design technical strategies based on business requirements.

Ability to generate quality documentation and presentations intended for effective communication to stakeholders.

Possess IT or PACS certifications.

Would be beneficial to have a radiology clinical background.
