JOB TITLE: HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Analyst, you play a pivotal role in optimizing our Human Resources systems and data. You ensure our HR technology functions seamlessly, providing accurate insights that drive strategic decisions. You act as a bridge between HR and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and empowering our teams with reliable data and efficient processes. Your work directly impacts the employee experience and organizational effectiveness by maintaining the integrity and functionality of our core HR systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administers and maintains the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Gathers and documents requirements from HR stakeholders, translating business needs into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Configures HRIS modules and features, ensuring alignment with HR policies and business processes.
  • Executes complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data for various reporting needs.
  • Develops and generates comprehensive Reporting & Analytics using tools like Microsoft Excel and specialized HRIS reporting functions.
  • Performs in-depth Data Analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that inform HR strategies.
  • Creates compelling Data Visualization dashboards and reports to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Supports HRIS Implementation projects, including testing, data migration, and post-launch support for new systems or modules.
  • Ensures Data Integrity across all HR systems through regular audits, validation, and cleanup activities.
  • Provides expert User Support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborates on System Integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between HRIS and other enterprise systems.
  • Applies knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Policies to ensure system configurations comply with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and leverages HRIS capabilities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Substantial experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
  • Possesses 2+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role, focusing on system administration and data management.
  • Demonstrates proven experience with HRIS Implementation and System Configuration.
  • Experience with a specific HRIS platform (UKG Ready and Relias Learning System).
Physical Requirements/Work Conditions
  • Works primarily in an office environment.
  • Spends extended periods sitting and working at a computer.
  • Communicates effectively through verbal and written means.
