Job description

The Network Computer System Admin supports the United States (U.S.) Army C5ISR Center to develop advances within cyber defense research; advanced detection methods; sensor structure, data optimization, and sensor architectures; intrusion detection innovations, evaluation methods, attack behaviors, insider threat and adversarial threat predictions.


  • Produce computing solutions derived from DoW security policies and regulations to ensure that the product design complies with applicable standards identified in this PWS (e.g., safeguarding personal and private information, data protection laws).
  • Design and secure interfaces between client devices, servers, and cloud-based applications, including network topology definition, authentication (of users and systems), and providing required security measures for sensitive data (like PII and Protected Health Information, SOX, etc.)
  • Provide a SME in the security architectural design of mobile computing/cloud environments (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); to include secure data processing in a public, private, and hybrid cloud environment, and securing sensitive data on mobile phones and tablets.
  • Identify security impacts, support design, implement, and maintain the system baseline. Provide security vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation activities.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related degree
  • SME on policy Development, implementation, and reporting of vulnerability scanning, global implementation capabilities.
  • Tenable® Certified Security Engineer. Three (3) years’ experience with Tenable® Security Center and Nessus. One (1) year Nessus Attack Scripting Language experience.
  • One (1) year operations center/call center, or technical helpdesk experience.
  • SME on policy Development, implementation, and reporting of vulnerability scanning global implementation capabilities.
  • Tenable® Certified Security Engineer. Three (3) years’ experience with Tenable® Security Center and Nessus. One (1) year Nessus Attack Scripting Language experience.
  • One (1) year operations center/call center, or technical helpdesk experience.
  • SME on policy Development, implementation, and reporting of vulnerability scanning global implementation capabilities.
  • Three (3) years’ experience with McAfee HBSS.
  • One (1) year of McAfee custom queries and host intrusion prevention signature experience. One (1) year operations center/call center or technical helpdesk experience.
  • The most current DISA ACAS Version in use training certificate
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Salary range: $137,710 - $164,037

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
