Job description


Well-rounded office skills are needed along with strong job stability for this opening.

Competent using Adobe and Google software for downloading and renaming documents, and converting from Word or PDF

  • Quick data entry and typing at 50wpm
  • Familiar using Docusign to send and receive signed paperwork
  • Proficient using: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) & PDF files on Adobe.
  • Ability to manually file documents for a good number of hours daily (bend, stoop, reach)
  • Focused and accurate pitch-in work style
  • Competent working in Excel or Google spreadsheets


Office work experience of at least 2 years handling paper and digital files, inputting data, verifying document details for accuracy, and meeting office deadlines. (company is wiling to consider 1.5 years at a clerical job with a college degree). Experience answering multi-line phones in a front desk/lobby. This person will cover as the back-up for the front desk.

Company is looking for someone who worked in an office support role with daily deadlines and is able to multi task easily.

Keen attention to the small details and accuracy are critical. A positive and helpful attitude is also essential. You may also answer departmental calls to assist with document requests and to follow-up on missing paperwork.

8am-4:30pm, M-F. $22/hr.
