  • Confident with uploading, downloading, and naming documents in Adobe and Google software
  • Familiar using Docusign to send and receive signed paperwork
  • Competent using: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) & PDF files on Adobe.
  • Accurate typing at 45wpm
  • Ability to manually file documents for a good number of hours daily (bend, stoop, reach)
  • Focused and accurate work style


Office work experience of at least 1.5 years handling paper and digital files, inputting data, verifying document details for accuracy, and meeting office deadlines. Company is looking for someone who worked in an office support role with daily deadlines and is able to multi task easily. 

Keen attention to the small details and accuracy are critical. A positive and helpful attitude is also essential. You may also answer departmental calls to assist with document requests and to follow-up on missing paperwork.


8am-4:30pm, M-F. $22/hr.

 STABLE WORK HISTORY IS NECESSARY IN AN OFFICE WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • AA or AS degree desired, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pass background check.
