Your main responsibility...
You will evaluate customer units returned for repair, diagnose the problem, and perform the needed repairs on the computers and test for full functionality. This includes ensuring timely movement of product repairs, providing proper communication to appropriate channels, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Some college, certification or training from a Technical School and 0 - 6 months related experience as a Computer Service Technician; Associate's Degree from a Technical School preferred.
  • Or a minimum 2 years of experience in lieu of education
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
