Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Manager to oversee the management, control, and flow of project and operational information within our growing construction business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MEP and construction CAD drawings, design documentation, and version control
  • Coordinate system design and ensure compliance with applicable codes
  • Oversee submittals, document control, and project documentation
  • Support procurement and track material and vendor communications
  • Ensure smooth field turnover with complete and accurate project data
  • Create and maintain design project schedules and generate progress reports
  • Lead design coordination meetings and manage communication across teams
  • Collaborate with contract administration and field teams
  • Oversee data governance, digital systems, and information security
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous process improvement
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions for workflow optimization

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, project management, or document control

Compensation
