JOB SUMMARY

In the role of Manager, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products in the market by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate their value proposition and drive demand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging and content, and enable the sales team to effectively sell the product. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies that align with market demands and drive adoption of the product.

  • Create compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates the product's value proposition to target customers.

  • Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with market needs.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate growth.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, market share, and customer satisfaction, and optimize marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must having product marketing experience in Banking, Fintech or Software (Saas).

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
