Job Description

As a member of Olsson's Roadway team, you will contribute to a wide range of transportation and infrastructure projects that support safe, efficient, and sustainable communities. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and technical staff who are committed to quality, teamwork, and practical problem-solving.

In this role, you will support roadway planning and design efforts through CAD drafting and design, assist with research and technical documentation, and participate in field visits and site observations as needed. Depending on your experience level, assignments may range from routine drafting tasks to more complex design support activities, with opportunities to take on increased responsibility over time.

You will work closely with engineering and design staff to develop and refine roadway layouts, construction documents, and related deliverables. Under appropriate supervision, you will apply established standards, methods, and software while contributing to solutions that help deliver safe and reliable roadway infrastructure.
