Full-Time Medication Aide

The Kensington | Hastings, NE Every Other Weekend Required

At The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, we believe exceptional care begins with meaningful connections. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide to help residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for each day.

What You'll Do
  • Safely administer medications according to physician orders and individual care plans.
  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
  • Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly notify nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and team members.
  • Help create a positive and supportive community environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
  • Availability to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
