We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Full-Time Medication Aide who is committed to providing excellent care while building meaningful relationships with our residents and teammates.
What You'll Do
  • Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders and residents' care plans.
  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
  • Observe residents for any changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
  • Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and your fellow team members.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

What We're Looking For
  • Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent, depending on state requirements).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
