What You'll Do
  • Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records.
  • Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the nursing team.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.

  • Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
