Job description

Primary Purpose:
The Computer Lab Aide is responsible for maintaining the operation of a computer lab; and instructing students and staff in the use of computer lab technology and software applications; and monitoring students activities while in the computer lab.  Also, the Computer Lab Aide will perform the function of technological support for the campus during state testing.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
    High school diploma or GED
48 college hours required
Special Knowledge/Skills:
    Basic knowledge of computers
    Ability to schedule and plan opportunities for teachers/student to have dedicated computer lab time
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work well with students
Experience:
One year experience working with children
    One year clerical experience or;
    On year computer lab experience preferred
Salary:  
minimum salary: 24,041 (187 days) (2025-2026)
Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
