Midland/Odessa - Hourly Range $36 - $41hr (Contract to Hire)
Job Brief
The IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for our remote office locations. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 desktop support, assist with network work issues, troubleshoot printers, and resolve simple server issues.
Responsibilities
  • Issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Provide additional assistance and handle escalated support tickets
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Manage printers
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Work in new construction zones and bring new facilities online

Requirements
  • Help Desk experience along with LAN, servers, and peripherals
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Takes ownership of projects and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
