The IT Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. They will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications across various platforms, including Windows and macOS.
