Supports the design and management of systems over the entire lifecycle from inception to phase-out. Supports the creation, analysis, and enhancement of internal IT processes, creating scripts to automate internal workflows. Supports routine systems operations and maintenance of infrastructure services. Performs routine tests and documents system issues. Helps develop technical specifications based on user needs. * Supports integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. * Design and develop reusable components, code and document custom automation frameworks, maintain scripts, and update these items as needed to build continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring rapid availability of the product. * Installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, applications software, and system management tools. * Addresses the day-to-day management and maintenance of infrastructure services, systems, applications, and hardware usage. * Analyzes user needs and shapes the assembly of well-documented functional requirements and technical specifications. * Helps develop technical specifications, interface control documents, test plans and procedures, analyzes configuration and processing solutions, and tests conformance to specifications. * Analyzes business operations and processes to identify opportunities for process improvement, management control of work, or automation.
