The Web & Digital Designer position sits within CableLabs' Marketing department, which leads communications efforts for CableLabs and its subsidiaries, supporting the technologies, initiatives, and work that engage our member and vendor community. Our team plays a crucial role in providing departmental support across all our organizations, driving awareness to information that benefits our members, vendors and the industry, and helps the companies we support achieve strategic goals.

The position requires designing and optimizing web and landing page experiences, managing and updating web content, and creating cohesive digital and print marketing assets. We are looking for a detail-oriented, versatile designer with strong visual design skills, an understanding of UX and SEO best practices, and hands-on experience managing web content.
What You'll Do:
  • Design visually compelling web pages, landing pages, and marketing assets (digital and print) aligned with brand standards
  • Apply UX principles to enhance usability, user journeys, and conversion performance
  • Build and maintain WordPress pages, ensuring responsive, accessible, and consistent layouts
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search visibility and site performance
  • Audit website and landing pages to identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and UX issues
  • Provide cross-departmental support that delivers web and cohesive design solutions
  • Support marketing initiatives through creation of high-quality graphics and promotional materials
  • Other duties as assigned

What Is a Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in web, digital, or graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design + marketing/print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working conditions and physical requirements:
