Hybrid’s full-service apparel design and manufacturing expertise extends across the apparel category, including knits, woven tops, bottoms, tees, and accessories.

What is my role?

Responsible for providing support to the domestic tee merchandising / global branded department.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Branded team merchandising and design teams
  • Create body sketches
  • Create CAD’s and update/maintain line sheets
  • Set up, color and assemble booklets for sales presentations and trade shows
  • Create presentation and production hotlist
  • Daily work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel
  • Recoloring cad’s, textiles and prints
  • Recreate wash treatments and ink treatments
  • Development of prints from scratch: make repeats, create pitch sheets
  • Assist in concept and research development for seasonal deliveries
  • Follow up and coordinate all ongoing projects in order to meet stated deadlines
  • Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested
  • Collaborate with the multimedia production artist in preparation of body/samples for e-com photos
  • Maintain and organize CAD, graphic and print libraries
  • Recoloring artwork, body sketches based on customer needs & seasonal trend and direction
  • Upload customer art and covert art to a flat CAD to be save with a Hybrid style number

What You’ll Need

  • Strong graphic/CAD/art knowledge required
  • Basic knowledge of print & garment design required
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop skills, Indesign & Excel
  • Good eye for translating apparel, color & graphic trends and designs onto CAD’s
  • Versatility in a fast paced environment
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi task
  • Must be a team player, have ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and take initiative
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet all objectives and allow the various initiatives of the Design department to be accomplished in a timely manner
  • Must be detail oriented individual and a strong self-starter
  • Must be able to take direction. This position requires incumbent to establish effective work relationships across multiple levels and functions
