Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Position Summary
Premium 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Order Processor to join our fulfillment team.
This is a computer-based position that plays a critical role in ensuring client orders are processed
accurately and efficiently using our warehouse management software. The ideal candidate is comfortable
working on a computer throughout the day, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced
environment where accuracy and productivity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Review Slack channels and internal communications for daily priorities, updates, and operational
instructions.
Process bulk and individual client orders accurately and efficiently using ShipHero.
Ensure all orders are processed on time while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
Verify order information and follow established processing procedures.
Stage completed orders in the appropriate pick locations for warehouse packers.
Communicate inventory discrepancies, order issues, or other concerns that may delay processing.
Support packing operations on the warehouse floor as needed.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order processing experience preferred.
Strong computer skills with the ability to work efficiently in multiple software systems throughout
the day.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel required.
Experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
