Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and couples therapy to clients spanning all age demographics, including children and adolescents within the school setting.
  • Utilize our efficient billing service to handle claims, manage client accounts, process insurance receivables, and assist in benefit and eligibility checks without administrative burden.
  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Manage scheduling for ongoing therapy appointments, maintaining an up-to-date calendar that accommodates client needs.
  • Work effectively with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this position is on providing therapeutic support to students in a school environment, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, family issues, and behavioral concerns. The therapist will play a crucial role in helping students develop coping strategies, improve interpersonal skills, and enhance overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.
  • Licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and excellent therapeutic boundaries, along with cultural competence and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and maintain focus in a remote work environment.
  • Strong time-management skills to balance a full caseload effectively.
  • Willingness and availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings.
Preferred Experience
  • Significant training and/or experience working with couples and families is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.
  • Prior experience in a school setting or working with youth populations is favorable.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, we provide the following benefits:
