• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, adapting your approach to meet varying clinical needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and therapy sessions using our secure electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Coordinate scheduling for ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized calendar to facilitate continuity of care.
• Engage with clients across the lifespan, addressing a diverse range of psychological issues and challenges.
• Utilize a billing service that manages claims, insurance accounts, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on clinical work without administrative burdens.

Our therapists engage with a wide range of clients, from children to older adults, including individuals as well as couples seeking support. Therapeutic concerns may vary from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions, necessitating a versatile and empathetic approach to meeting client needs.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, from an accredited institution.
• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated professionalism, a strong sense of therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competence.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a commitment to maintaining self-sufficiency.

• Prior experience providing therapy focused on couples significantly enhances your application.
• Ongoing professional development and a proactive approach to enhancing therapeutic skills are highly valued.
• Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with a potential for bonuses. As a valued W2 employee, you will enjoy:
