• Provide comprehensive counseling services to assess and treat various emotional and behavioral problems among clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress, ensuring a quick and effective response to their needs.
• Consult with family members and support networks to develop effective treatment and discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain clear and accurate records through clinical documentation, including progress notes that comply with departmental policies and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design personalized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
• Monitor patient progress by regularly updating treatment strategies and communicating changes with healthcare providers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

The clients we serve are primarily children and adolescents who have faced significant challenges, including trauma, abuse, and behavioral disturbances. Our focus is on providing targeted interventions that support their emotional and psychological well-being. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and aiding in their overall development, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to lead fulfilling lives.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of direct practice experience in an outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning, demonstrating a robust grasp of psychological assessment tools.
• Exceptional computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and electronic medical records management systems.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those affected by trauma.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a willingness to implement innovative approaches in therapy.
• Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
