Our team receives comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, leading to certification and equipping you with the skills to drive meaningful change.
What You'll Do
As a Family Counselor, you will:
  • Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support.
  • Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a resilient support system at home.
  • Partner with a Master's-level Mental Health Professional to provide services to up to 8 families at a time.
  • Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Participate in an employer-paid training program to gain expertise in the ESFT model and earn valuable certification.
