The Project Coordinator’s primary focus is the Greenlink project controls and documentation management, with a secondary responsibility contributing to EEG’s operational systems and process support.

This role will work closely with the Project Environmental Director, the Environmental Project Management team and Construction Coordinators to manage project documentation, Procore workflows, and communication tracking, while reporting directly to the Administrative Project Manager.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working within structured systems while helping improve them.


Responsibilities

Project Controls & Documentation Support

  • Manage and maintain environmental project folders in Procore, ensuring proper structure, version control, and documentation accuracy
  • Track, distribute, and monitor RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation to ensure timely responses
  • Maintain document logs and provide status updates on outstanding items
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing documents meet company standards and formatting requirements
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of reports, schedules, cost tracking support documentation, and project deliverables
  • Attend project meetings as needed and prepare meeting minutes and action item summaries
  • Coordinate communication flow between project team members and external stakeholders
  • Support project managers with administrative coordination to maintain organized and compliant project files

EEG Operational Infrastructure & Systems Support

  • Assist in maintaining consistency across internal documentation systems and workflows
  • Support tracking and reporting initiatives related to project data, utilization, and internal controls
  • Help maintain standardized templates, folder structures, and document naming conventions
  • Provide administrative support for operational initiatives, process improvements, and system updates
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding-related documentation setup for new projects
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in documentation workflows and recommend structured improvements
  • Provide assistant-level support for Greenlink and EEG initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience:

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or construction/engineering administration
  • Experience with Procore required
  • Experience with SharePoint or structured document management systems preferred
  • Familiarity with construction documentation standards preferred
