Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative

This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

Job Summary

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as a Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative.

You will support the licensing and compliance departments in data entry, data review and some additional administrative support for the onboarding of new agencies to the HOAIC insurance platform.

What You Will Do As A Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative
  • Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems.
  • Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.
What You Will Bring As A Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write and converse in English.
  • Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States and ability to recognize incorrect data. (Preferably)
  • Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email.
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
