The corporate team partners with our 300+ franchise owners across North America, providing the marketing, technology, training, and operational support they need to grow their businesses and serve their local markets.
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Strategist to create and own our brand's paid media strategy and drive real business growth. In this role, you'll shape how paid media performs at scale-partnering with agency teams, setting clear performance expectations, and ensuring every dollar invested contributes to measurable results. As we scale from $250M toward $1B, you'll play a visible, high-impact role in connecting digital media strategy to revenue outcomes. This position is a key member of our Performance Marketing team and reports to the Vice President of Performance Marketing.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Build and evolve our paid media roadmap to support revenue, market share, and franchisee growth,

โ€ข Provide input on creative, messaging, and user flow to ensure alignment with audience intent and campaign objectives.
โ€ข Increase digital lead generation results year over year using the latest resources, channels, and strategies.

โ€ข Support franchise owner confidence by translating complex media data into clear, actionable insights that help franchisees understand ROI.
The Ideal Candidate:
โ€ข Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapts quickly as priorities evolve.
โ€ข Measures success by pipeline impact and revenue contribution-not impressions or vanity metrics.
โ€ข Brings curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset to platforms, channels, and strategy.
โ€ข Uses strong analytical skills to uncover insights, craft data-driven narratives, and influence decisions.
โ€ข Identifies performance gaps and owns solutions from strategy through execution.
โ€ข Thinks ahead, building scalable frameworks and repeatable approaches.
โ€ข Collaborates effectively across brand, field marketing, analytics, and creative teams.
โ€ข Brings a builder's mindset, documenting best practices and playbooks as programs scale.
โ€ข Demonstrates leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing team.
The Ideal Background:
โ€ข Performance marketer with a strong grasp of key metrics across paid channels, including Google/Yahoo/Bing PPC, CTV/OTT, display, remarketing, retargeting, social, and email.
โ€ข Experience building and scaling paid media campaigns, owning budgets and pacing, testing new channels, and improving performance across multiple platforms.
โ€ข Direct experience managing or overseeing $300k+ per month in paid media spend across multiple locations or business units.
โ€ข Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau.
โ€ข Creative problem-solver with proven success executing B2C performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Compensation & Benefits:
โ€ข On-site role at Floor Coverings International's Corporate Headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA
โ€ข Competitive base salary plus a generous bonus structure
โ€ข 15 days of PTO plus company-observed paid holidays
โ€ข 401(k) with employer contribution
โ€ข 100% company-paid healthcare premiums
Compensation: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
