Job description

Connect Staffing seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a background in medical malpractice defense. This fully onsite position offers the chance to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collegial environment where your contributions are valued and your expertise respected.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting complex litigation matters, primarily in the area of medical malpractice defense. You'll be involved in every phase of litigation and work closely with attorneys who are leaders in their field.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance defense and medical malpractice

  • Prior exposure to medical malpractice cases is strongly preferred

  • Skilled in reviewing and summarizing medical records and developing case timelines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage discovery and litigation deadlines in a fast-paced practice
