Reports To: Marketing and Business Development Manager

Role Summary

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for the go-to-market plan and execution, driving demand for the ACS offering across global markets, and enabling the sales team, business development and our partners to capitalize on opportunities. A strong candidate will have the ability to plan and execute high impact/ROI marketing activities within a small team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Plans

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product and feature releases
  • Develop clear and focused messaging, value proposition, unique selling points, and sales training materials
  • Coordinate with and support Marketing Communications with all internal & external messaging to employees, customers and markets.


2. Technical Marketing Content

  • Create and manage a portfolio of technical marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Content creation includes videos, datasheets, brochures, website, social media, webinars, in-person seminars, articles, white papers, application success stories & more
  • Create and review sales enablement materials
  • Communicate with internal subject matter experts to inform material


3. Voice of Customer

  • Create and conduct structured market & application focused interviews and on‑site discussions with OEMs and stage partners - primarily engaging with engineering management, product management, and senior management
  • Document application requirements, performance drivers, unmet needs and use cases
  • Support Product Management in executing product & solution VOC interviews and summaries that help to define product requirements and set priorities


4. Market Intelligence

  • Meet and interview customers/partners/market players to understand customer needs, market trends and potential, competitive intelligence
  • Analyze competitors’ products, sales & marketing strategy and key activities
  • Maintain an active internal competitive intelligence database staying current with new competitive developments
  • Produce concise reports and maintain a competitive intelligence database
  • Educate sales, marketing & management on key competitor intelligence


5. AI Proficiency

  • Utilize AI-native workflows to maximize productivity
  • Utilize AI technologies to create technical marketing content, identify market trends & assessment, analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement through the adoption of AI-enabled tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

Requirements

· 2+ years Product management / Product marketing experience in automation or motion control market. Application engineering experience a plus.

· Knowledge of various automation technologies with preference towards motion control experience

· Experience with customer/application research and creating marketing content

· Ability to analyze markets, identify trends, and quantify opportunities

· Strong communication skills; able to produce concise, actionable reports

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related automation / motion control experience

· Experience applying AI technologies to support market research, customer insights analysis, competitive intelligence, content creation, and data-driven decision-making

Travel

· Domestic and international (up to 25%) to customers, industry events, and ACS offices
