  • Develop executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and decision frameworks that communicate complex analyses with clarity and influence senior leadership decision making.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and strengthen strategic planning, market intelligence, and portfolio decision-making capabilities across the Cardiology organization while fostering a collaborative, intellectually curious culture.

  • Attend key cardiology conferences to gather competitive intelligence, identify emerging technologies and market trends, and translate observations into strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, commercial strategy, marketing, finance, business analytics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous business problems through rigorous analysis and strategic thinking.

  • Experience conducting market assessments, competitive intelligence, market sizing, forecasting, financial modeling, and commercial analyses.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level recommendations.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across highly matrixed organizations.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
